1. Scope

1.1. The inportugal.pt website, including copyrights and industrial property rights regarding the text, images, graphics, files, services, marks (trademarks, trade names, notorious or prestigious), names, establishment insignia, logos, models, signs and designs contained in said website, are property of International News Portugal, company with head office at Lisbon, Edifício Smart, Rua Polo Norte, Lt 1.06.1.1A, 1º, Fracção 1E, Parque das Nações, 1990 - 075 Lisbon, registered with the Commercial Registry of Lisbon under nr. 14658, with a share capital of 21.000,00 euros.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions are intended to provide the terms and conditions through which the access to information and contents available on the inportugal.pt website will be regulated.
1.3. The User, who accesses or uses inportugal.pt website, expressly agrees and accepts to submit to the General Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website.

3.1. INP does not provide any type of warranties, express or implicit, including, amongst others, property warranties, non infringement warranties, and implicit warranties of merchantability or adequacy for any specific purpose, regarding availability, accuracy, reliability or content of these pages.

INP will not be liable, in any circumstance, for any damages, including loss profits and emerging damages that are directly or indirectly connected with the use or the impossibility of use of the content, materials, functions and information made available in the inportugal.pt website, even in the event of having been previously informed of the possibility of the occurrence of such damages.
3.3. The User, when sending materials to any of the INP servers by electronic mail or through the GEOTUR pages in this website, agrees with the following: (i) the materials should not contain any element that is illegal or inadequate for publication, (ii) should procure to eliminate any virus or other destructive objects before presenting any material; (iii) is the owner of the material that is sending or has the unlimited right to provide it; (iv) INP may publish such materials without additional charges and/or incorporate said materials or any of the described concepts in its products.

4.1. All and any information provided in the inportugal.pt website regarding prices and availability of the services is merely approximate and indicative and does not bind INP nor constitutes an offer to deal. 4.2. Albeit INP tries to provide correct and update information, inaccuracies and written errors may occur.

5. Amendments

5.1. The INP reserves the right to insert, amend and remove, without previous notice and in its sole discretion, any information in these Terms and Conditions. The User is obliged to review the content of the Terms and Conditions before consulting or dealing trough the inportugal.pt website. Any amendments introduced by the INP in the inportugal.pt website, will be tacitly accepted by the user trough usage of the inportugal.pt website.
5.2. INP may, at any time and without notice, amend the content of the inportugal.pt website. The INP does not undertake itself to update the information or other materials included in the website.

6.1. INP ensures all persons whom personal data is processed by INP that their privacy is respected and that all precautions regarding their personal data are adopted. INP fully complies with the legislation concerning protection of personal data which regulate the collection and utilization of individual data (personal data).
6.2. Attending this Privacy Police, "Personal Data" means any information through which any person may be personally indentified and including, namely, name, surname, address, telephone number (mobile phone), electronic mail, age, birth date, sex, profession, products preferences and satisfaction with the products.
6.3. All data collected trough the registration on inportugal.pt website are strictly confidential and are intended to INP customers and services management, as well as marketing campaigns of this company. 6.4. The data holder has the right to access, amend, delete and oppose to the processing of his personal data and may exercise it personally or in writing in the head office of INP, at any time and without charges, in accordance with the law nº 67/98, of October 26.

6.6. People under 18 years may provide their personal data with the consent of its legal representatives (e.g. one of the parents).

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions, shall be governed by Portuguese Law. 7.2. All disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to District Court of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. If any of the terms or conditions of these Terms and Conditions becomes illegal, invalid, null or for any reason, non applicable, the validity and application of the other terms and conditions, shall not be affected nor reduced.
8.2. In case the User is a minor (under 18 years), the use of this Website should be monitored by the legal guardian or legal representatives.
